Having fibromyalgia and restless nights it was suggested I try this weighted blanket.  WOW!  It's remarkable that I have had nothing but peaceful, calm, and full nights sleep since the very first night.  I find myself smiling.  Would never give it up!!  It's true what they say, it enhances calmness!
