There are two soft pockets inside the pant across the lap. Weights can be added if desired. See our Therapeutic Weight Chart for more info. Weights provide a proprioceptive deep touch feedback shown to calm, help organize, and improve alertness. The pockets without weights are an addition soft fabric across the lap adding warmth.

Inside pouches for proprioceptive weights, personal information, diabetic pump, Tubes and leads, etc., made of soft dimple velour considering tactile comfort.
The dimple velour waist band is elastic and therefore is not only soft but provides opportunity for quick independent dressing and toileting whether the child can manipulate fastenings or not.
Seamless side seams avoiding tactile sensitivity to seams.
Cotton Twill tape on sides providing multiple textures.
Cargo Pocket: Our Signature Pocket (see detail).
- The top flap provides fastening practice through buttoning and snapping. This does not operate the pocket.
- The bottom Velcro flap operates the pocket and provides proprioceptive feedback through the Velcro.
